A home inspection is just like any other purchase. You want to ensure it is a perfect fit for your needs, and that it is the quality you are looking for. The last thing you want is to be taken by surprise and left with the feeling that you didn’t get what you paid for!
Unlike some inspectors, we offer full transparency in what we offer and what every service includes. Our services include:
Residential New Home Buyer, Pre-list, and Investment Property Inspections
Every inspection includes the use of our high-tech tools, like moisture meters, infrared cameras and drones for roof inspections. Others may charge for this, but we enjoy “geeking out” on every inspection – which means more fun for us, more value for you!
Pre-purchase Home Inspections
The most common inspection, for those looking to buy a home. This inspection includes all major components of your potential home. From the basement and foundational structure, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, all the way through the interior of the property, including major appliances.
Pre-list Home Inspections
Looking to facilitate a smooth real estate transaction? A pre-list inspection is just like a pre-purchase inspection, except the report goes to you before your house hits the market. You can then use the information in our comprehensive report to correct any issues that may be of concern to a potential buyer. You can also opt to share the inspection report with prospective buyers to give them confidence that your property is move-in ready.
4-point inspections are ideal for investors or seasoned home buyers. The inspection includes a thorough review of the age and condition of the 4 major components of a home. This includes the plumbing, electrical, HVAC and the roof.
If you are interested in additional services for your home inspection, we are also happy to add:
Post Storm Roof and Attic Check
Have your roof checked by an independent contractor who has no intention other than providing the facts. If you call your insurance company, of course they will say the roof is fine. If you call a roofer, of course they will tell you that you need a new roof! Choose instead to trust a professional with no hidden motives to determine if your roof and attic are sound.
Radon Gas Check
Did you know that radon gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States and kills more people per year than drunk driving? It is highly recommended to opt for an inspection of the radon gas levels in the property before you buy, to ensure you are not moving into a toxic home.
We are Certified Pet-Friendly Home Inspectors! We know you’re not the only occupants of your new home – it’s important that your property is safe and comfortable for your furry companions. We love animals so much, we donate 10% of our revenue to animal charities.
We are InterNACHI certified Home Inspectors, so you can expect to receive the highest quality inspection for your home. Rest assured that every inspection and service is covered by liability and E&O insurance.
After any inspection done with us, you will receive a digital report with photos within 24 hours. If we can’t meet that deadline, your inspection is FREE.
